Advice to young people"Engineering is not just about building structures; it is about building the future of our nation. With dedication, continuous learning, and integrity, you can transform your community and country. My journey from a civil engineer to leading major infrastructure projects taught me that success comes from never stopping to learn. The more you know, the more you can contribute. Whether you are studying engineering, law, business, or any other field, remember that excellence is a habit, not an accident. To the young people of Malawi: Dream big, work hard, and always strive for excellence. Our country needs skilled professionals who are passionate about developing our nation. Be that person who makes a difference."
