What does it take to enter Law & Public Service?

Legal practice, justice, governance, public administration, defence, law enforcement and civic service.

  1. Develop strong English, communication, reasoning, writing, integrity and current-affairs awareness; humanities and social-science subjects can be useful.
  2. For legal practice, follow the recognised law degree and professional admission pathway required for the role you want to enter.
  3. For defence, law-enforcement and other public-service roles, meet the specific academic, physical, conduct and recruitment requirements of the responsible institution.
