This programme follows a deliberate sequence that helps students move from general awareness to more focused decision making. OCG starts by introducing the career exploration process so learners begin thinking about who they are, what they are good at and what career options exist.
Students then complete career aspiration forms. These forms help OCG and the school understand what careers learners are interested in, which in turn guides later sessions. The organisation returns with more specific discussions and role-model engagement based on the aspirations collected.
The final stages include follow-up discussions, counselling moments and school activities that keep learners thinking seriously about their plans.
