The Organization for Career Guidance has continued visiting schools across Malawi to deliver practical career guidance to learners. These visits combine talks, mentorship, aspiration-focused discussion and direct role-model interaction so that students can better understand the choices in front of them.
The school visits are designed to make career guidance practical. Learners are encouraged to ask questions, reflect on their ambitions and begin connecting their interests and strengths to real education and career pathways. OCG also works with teachers and school leadership so the conversation can continue after the visit.
